 TURE CHANGE: We will be running a number of Swiss Rounds based upon attend
 ance using the Basic Structure numbers. Unlike a Basic Structure tournamen
 t\, we will not be progressing to a Top 4 (Double Elimination) Cut. \nSWIS
 S ROUND DURATION: 65 min. Critical Run events are normally 70 min. which i
 s 5 min. longer than tournament standards. \nPROXIES: Due to insufficient 
 product availability\, printed image proxies of cards will be allowed. The
 y must be clearly identifiable as the card they are standing in for.\nDECK
