 to sign up\, as long as you can participate in both the Swiss rounds (4) a
 nd the Top Cut games (double elimination).\nDropping out for whatever reas

 rnament might be skipping the Top Cut phase and announcing final standings

 core&quot\;) is 10 or less.\nAs an extra incentive to pick less powerful/p
 opular IDs and diversify the field\, the &quot\;ID score&quot\; is conside
 red the primary tie breaker for Swiss ranking in this format. For example\
 , if two players both are at 12 tournament points after round four of Swis
 s\, the player with an &quot\;ID score&quot\; of 4 would be higher ranked 
 than the player with a score of 9.  In case of a tie\, Strength of Schedul
