DESCRIPTION:\nOUR EVENT HAS MOVED!!\nWe have been informed that unfortunate
 ly SPARKS\, our venue for UK Nationals 2024\, has cancelled on us after fl
 ooding due to a burst pipe. However\, we are NOT cancelling the event. The
  same organisation that runs SPARKS has offered us use of another venue\, 
 and we believe that we will be able to run UK Nats as advertised at that v
 enue\, with your help and goodwill. \nThis information is being posted bot
 h on discord/slack and sent to all ticketholders via email - please help u
 s out by making sure that everyone who you know is attending sees this\, a
 nd if you bought a ticket for someone else please ensure they receive this
  information ASAP.\nThe new venue for UK Nats is Ashton Court Mansion\, Lo
 ng Ashton\, BS41 9JN.\nThis event is the annual team event (details of how
  that works can be found below) which is a fun and essential part of any U
 K Nats trip!\nTickets\nIn order to play in this event you must purchase a 
 ticket to the main event. There is no seperate ticket for the team event a
 nd you do not need to register as a team ahead of the event itself.\nLink 
 to buy tickets\nFormat\nIn this event players play in teams of 3\, with ea
 ch player representing a different faction from their teammates. Table tal
 k is encouraged so you can ask your teammates for advice and blame well wh
 en they tell you to run a server which turns out to be a Snare!\nFor this 
 event you will be playing Standard with the 24.09 banlist. The only additi
 onal requirement is that you and your teammates must bring decks of differ
 ent runner and different corp factions\, this can include the Neutral 'fac
 tion' on each side.\nThe event will consist of 4 rounds of Double Sided Sw
 iss with a break for lunch. During each round each win that your team gets
  will count towards your point total (with a maximum of 18 points availabl
 e each round!). During each round you will be paired with an opponent from
  the opposing team based on the number of wins you have as an individual.\

  building is fully wheelchair accessible and we are being given use of sev
 eral spaces inside to accommodate fixed seating and the stream. There is w
 i-fi available\, but for the time being we are planning to stick to our po
 licy of restricting access to that in order to prioritise the stream.\nHow
 ever\, Ashton Court is a little way out of Bristol City Centre - approxima
 tely 15-20 minutes’ drive or 45 minutes by bus from Bristol Temple Meads
  train station. In addition\, the building itself is 10-12 minutes’ walk
  up a long driveway from the nearby bus stops.\nTravel\nWe are exploring s
 everal options for helping attendees traverse the extra distance to the ne
 w venue. Firstly\, we ask that any attendees who have a car and are able t
 o make trips from Bristol city centre to Ashton Court at the start or end 
 of any of the days please make themselves known to us so that we can arran
 ge carpooling for those without vehicles. There is free parking available 
 at the venue. We will be coordinating this in the below thread\, so please
  post there if you are able to help.\nWe are aware that this extra travel 
 may create an obstacle for some attendees who have physical access needs o
 r who had not budgeted for it in their planning. If you have particular ne
 eds in terms of transport or access\, or your financial situation is such 
 that the cost of this extra transport would be a barrier to your participa
 tion in the event\, please contact us using the details below. We will coo
 rdinate transport (likely via taxi) for those who need it for these reason
 s\, using the event budget.\nIn addition\, in order to assist people in ma
 king the journey from the edge of the Ashton Court estate to the venue bui
 lding\, we will be running a volunteer shuttle service. If you have a vehi
 cle\, will be driving to the venue\, and are willing to help shuttle peopl
 e at the start or end of any of the days\, please get in touch.\nFood\nAsh
 ton Court does not have the facilities to cater for the number of attendee
 s we are expecting\, and given the size of the estate it is not close enou
 gh to other places where attendees could buy food in a timely fashion. As 
 such\, we recommend that all attendees make plans to bring food for themse
 lves for each day that they attend\, especially on Saturday which will be 
 a long day.\nIn addition\, we will be sourcing a large quantity of vegan\,
  nut-free snacks which we will make available at cost price in the venue\,

 ing results and pairings\, judging games\, running and commentating the st
