  Runner In New Angeles (OKORINA) format\, we imagine what Netrunner would 
 be like if you could take on a new Netrunner friend as your identity.\nWel
 come to the 7th edition of this wonderful format. The format was invented 
 by @sanjay. \nFormat Details\nInstead of choosing a standard identity\, yo
 u pick a non-neutral\, unique connection resource\, and start the game wit
 h that as your identity after triggering any “when installed” abilitie
 s as if you had installed it.\nOn the corp side\, instead of picking a sta
 ndard identity\, you pick a non-neutral agenda\, and start the game with t
 hat as your identity after triggering any “when scored” abilities as i
 f you had scored it.\nEach legal resource and agenda has received a minimu
 m decksize and a maximum influence size (as well as starting link and subt
 ypes).\nThe full list of legal IDs is here.\nTournament Details\nThe Tourn
 ament will be held online via the NSG Event Hub Discord. Registrations is 
 now open here\nTournament will start 16:00 UTC and we will play SSS for pr
 obably 6-8 Rounds depending on Number of Players\, followed by a top 3 sin
 gle elimination cut. Update: Due to probably fewer player\, we will probab
