DESCRIPTION:A quick Startup CTK before worlds! This one is west-coast or AP
 AC friendly because apparently all the other startup events I've ran are A
 mericas or EMEA friendly so let's change it up (also I work on Saturdays s
 o I can't do that anymore). \nWe will be using the latest balance update (
 whatever will be legal at worlds for the Startup side event).\nWe will be 
 playing in the #1-general Generic Event Channel in the Netrunner Event Hub
  discord. \nAll are welcome to compete\, BUT if you'd like prizing\, I am 
 going to request $10 USD (or the closest in your local currency) to cover 
 my shipping costs via PayPal (I'm @stwyde on paypal). \nPrizing will be th
 e H2 CTK (with the Melies coins). Alongside that everyone getting prizing 
 will also get a Marathon inspired Maglectric Rapid (748 Mod) alt by me. Yo
 u may swap it out for a rainbow Piranhas alt (also by me!) or GNK prizing 
 of your choice. \nNote: If sending payment to me on paypal\, let me know w
 hat your discord / cobra username is so I can match prizing to people\, an
