Wir möchten, dass sich alle auf unserer Veranstaltung sicher und wohl fühlen. Wenn du dich unwohl fühlst, eine unangenehme Situation erlebst oder Unterstützung brauchst, kannst du dich jederzeit vertrauensvoll an den TO (sciurus_vulgaris) wenden.
Vorfälle wie Belästigung, Diskriminierung, Einschüchterung oder Gewaltandrohungen nehmen wir ernst. Solche Verhaltensweisen können zur sofortigen Disqualifikation und zum Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung führen. Wenn du so etwas erlebst, wende dich bitte direkt an den TO. Unser Vorgehen richtet sich nach dem Code of Conduct von NSG.

Dear Runners,

We are delighted to have been awarded the District Championships. One year after our very first casual tournament, we now have the opportunity to host an official tournament. Exciting! Fortunately, we have also found a great location for the DC.

We will play 6 rounds of Single-Sided Swiss (40-minute time slots), followed by a Top Cut featuring the top 4 players.

Due to space limitations, we are limited to 30 people. There will be a dance event in the adjacent room during the afternoon. If you are sensitive to noise or easily distracted, please feel free to bring headphones or earplugs. There is a bar for drinks at the venue. You are welcome to consume your own drinks and snacks on our premises.

There is a lunch break from 1:15 to 2:10 p.m. There’s a pizzeria and a brewery nearby. If you’d like, you can add your name to the order list in the morning for a vegan Pan-Asian restaurant.

Participation in the event will cost between €10 and €13. There is a bar for drinks at the venue. You are welcome to consume your own drinks and snacks in our rooms. We will buy a few snacks beforehand.

We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at our event. If you feel uncomfortable, experience an unpleasant situation, or need support, you can always contact the TO (sciurus_vulgaris) in confidence.
We take incidents such as harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or threats of violence seriously. Such behavior can lead to immediate disqualification and exclusion from the event. If you experience something like this, please contact the TO directly. Our approach is based on the NSG Code of Conduct.
